Coaching post maternity leave which set me on a path to train as a coach and start my own coaching business, Coffee With Ella.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever had?
Everything you want is on the other side of fear.
Have you ever felt held back as a woman? How do you respond?
I feel like whilst the majority of coaches are women, the voices of authority are often men. I want to change that.
How do you protect your mental health in moments of pressure?
Emotional freedom technique (tapping), meditation, boundaries, quiet time, fitness, connection with loved ones.
