Is it possible I am still waiting for it? I’ve had a few big wins. The first was heading up Europe and US at Credit Suisse.  The second was making MD at Fortress and the ability to bring a team along.  And the third, was starting Demeter with two business associates and closing the first transaction was really an exciting experience.

Have you ever felt held back as a woman in business? How did you respond?

Constantly, with raising capital. Just feels like the cards are stacked against me and I don’t have a handle to overcome it.

How do you protect your mental health in moments of pressure?

I try to see friends for a laugh, and or get to the gym.

Do you have any hobbies to keep you busy in your spare time?

Supporting other start-ups, spending time with my son, being outside as much as possible and I love cycling even if it’s just puttering around town.
